A follow-up on that quarter of a million dollar crystal meth bust in Delaware County last week: A Los Angeles man was arrested in Muncie and charged with being a courier in a large meth distribution ring. 44-year old Jerry Lee Garner was arrested after postal inspectors tipped off police to eight suspicious packages that were shipped to various places in Muncie. Investigators say they also found Garner had been communicating with someone in Mexico, likely involved in the meth ring.
