Muncie police say he confined a woman in a storage shed for several hours. 37-year-old Jesse Daniel Ross refused to allow her to leave the shed behind a home in the 2400 block of South Vine Street, and also threatened to kill her. Ross was held in the Delaware County jail under a $10,000 bond.
