Indiana 38 Repairs Forum Monday

An open-house forum about work planned for Ind. 38 will be held before the Monday, March 20th meeting of the New Castle City Council. The forum to answer questions from the public will be at the New Castle City Council chambers starting at 6:30 p.m. Monday. The council meeting is scheduled to begin at 7.
