Hartford City Woman Arrested For Possession & Neglect

A Hartford City woman has been arrested after police found drugs in her car. 24-year-old Amanda Pfeifer was arrested in a South Burlington Drive parking lot after police found Xanax and meth residue. Her two children – ages 2 and 18 months old – were with her at the time; she’s charged with possession and neglect.
