DelCo Child Poverty Top In State

A new report shows that Delaware County has the highest percentage of children living in poverty in the entire state. The data shows that 31.2 percent of children up to age 17 are living in poverty here as compared Indiana’s average of 20.4. The national average is 20.7 percent.
