He was stopped for suspicion of OWI and when the state trooper asked him for his license, the suspect instead handed him his old Henry County Jail Inmate I.D. Card. The driver, 30-year-old Reynaldo Luna of New Castle, had a B.A.C. of more than twice the legal limit. Luna didn’t have a license because his was suspended. He has previous OWI and traffic violations.
