Muncie police were looking into reports of a youth center employee dealing drugs to juveniles – but they found something more disturbing. An investigation of the Youth Opportunity Center employee uncovered a video of him engaging in a sex act with a young child. 27-year-old Nicholas Paul Allred is being held under a $130,000 bond and is charged with numerous sex crimes.
