He walked into a Muncie auto dealership and tried to buy a Corvette with $50,000 in counterfeit bills. 24-year-old Wayne Thomas Lewis – who lives near the Indiana-Michigan line – has been arrested on charges of auto theft, conspiracy to pass counterfeit money and receiving stolen property. He says he bought the movie-prop money on Amazon.
