Prosecutors filed 10 charges against a Muncie man, accused of sexually abusing a 2-year-old girl, and trading narcotics with a juvenile. Nicholas Allred is charged in Delaware Circuit Court with child molestation. Allred, who had been a staff member at the Youth Opportunity Center, at first came to the attention of Muncie police last week over allegations he had traded prescription medications with a juvenile there. Investigators examined Allred’s cellphone, and found recordings that documented the Muncie man’s sexual abuse of a little girl.
