The Ingalls Town Council is hoping to renovate a building to serve as a new town hall. Officials are discussing plans to refurbish the building at 308 North Meridian Street, which sits across Third Street from the current meeting hall. The new town hall would offer space for water utility offices, as well as offices for the clerk-treasurer and storage for town engineers and legal representatives.
