Two men and two women were arrested last night and early this morning in New Castle on arrest warrants for meth possession. Police say a car was stopped on Elliot Street last night and the driver, 50 year old Andrew Goar was found to be wanted on meth possession warrants. Also, his passenger, 24 year old Brookelyn Carr of New Castle was wanted on similar charges. Police also searched a residence at 1205 Ivywood Ct. in New Castle, where they located two wanted subjects. David Lemock, age 30, and 27 year old Madeline Goar. They were arrested on meth possession warrants as well.
