An Arizona man has been taken into custody after allegedly selling heroin to an undercover agent. Members of the Delaware County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force arrested 37-year-old Gary D. Williams and seized heroin and $10,000 in cash. Williams has been charged with two counts of dealing, possession and maintaining a common nuisance and was being held in the Delaware County jail.
