Two men and two women have been arrested in New Castle on warrants for meth possession. Police say a car was stopped on Elliot Street and the driver, 50 year old Andrew Goar was found to be wanted on meth possession warrants. His passenger, 24 year old Brookelyn Carr of New Castle was wanted on similar charges. Police also searched a residence on Ivywood Ct., where they located two wanted subjects. David Lemock, age 30, and 27 year old Madeline Goar. They were arrested on meth possession warrants as well.
