Muncie police are once again asking for your help in their investigation of a fatal hit-and-run accident. 63-year-old Janis Singer of Muncie was struck by a northbound car as she tried to cross Madison Street – in front of the La Hacienda restaurant – at about 7:50 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 23. If you have ANY information, you’re being asked to come forward – even if you think the police might already know the information that you have.
