Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,000 for information about a wanted sex offender in Grant County. 26-year-old James Wheeler Jr. is wanted for failure to register and three warrants for probation violation. Police say James is a white male, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs about 170 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
