Madison County Commissioner John Richwine, North District, has been elected to another term as president of the Board of Commissioners and Steffanie Owens, South District has been re-elected vice president. The commissioners approved appointments for 2017, including: Dan Dykes, county administrator; Melinda Neeley, human resources director; Denny Williamson, properties manager; Charles Leser, county engineer; Scott Harless, highway superintendent; Lisa Cannon, information technologies director; Kyle Noone, weights and measures; Tom Ecker, Emergency Management director; Macy Fuller, veteran’s affairs; and county attorney, Jeff Graham.
