Trial is set for February for a Chesterfield man accused in an overdose death last year. 39 year old Robert Arnold Jr. is charged with reckless homicide and drug counts stemming from the death of Mark O’Brien. He was found unresponsive in a home on September 10th. In their follow up investigation, police determined that O’Brien purchased the drugs that killed him from Arnold. There’s a deadline of January 30th on the table for Arnold to reach any plea deal with prosecutors.
