Muncie Police are trying to track down whomever hit a pedestrian late last week and then fled. Police say 63 year old Janis Singer was crossing the four lane street in front of La Hacienda Restaurant on Madison Street when he was hit. Singer works at the restaurant and remains in critical condition at IU Health Methodist Hospital. The driver who struck her remains at large.
