Employees of three city departments will soon get a raise. A contract between the city of Anderson and Utility Workers Local 108 approved Tuesday by the Anderson Board of Public Works will give the workers a pay hike totaling 10 percent over the next four years. The union has been working without a contract since the end of 2012.
