New life for an old building: The former Muncie Trade School on West Kilgore Avenue is expected to be redeveloped into an apartment complex. Commonwealth Development Corporation plans to convert the building into 36 one and two-bedroom apartments. The Wisconsin company is the developer of three apartment buildings on about six acres of the former Chevrolet Muncie site.
