An 86-year-old Muncie man accused of shooting a female acquaintance has received a March 3 trial date in Delaware Circuit Court 4. Clarence Bohanon is charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon after he shot a 56-year-old woman in the leg during an argument. He said the woman, who was intoxicated, had ignored several demands that she leave his home.
