An attempted feticide conviction has been expunged from the criminal record of an Elwood man who has completed a Mental Health Court program. The Herald Bulletin reports that 26-year-old Jarod Rebuck pleaded guilty after lacing his girlfriend’s drink with an herb he thought would cause her to miscarry their child.
