A woman says a Muncie man threw a television and a box fan at her and now he faces charges. Police say the two had gotten into an argument about his alcohol use. The woman involved says 44 year old Joseph Jones Jr. also punched her in the face and grabbed her by her pony tail, threw her on a bed and strangled her. Jones is charged with domestic battery and strangulation. He’s in the Delaware County Jail in lieu of $7500 bond.
