Muncie police are searching for a hit run & suspect. Authorities say 63-year-old Janis E. Singer was struck while crossing the four-lanes of South Madison Street in front of the La Hacienda restaurant. Singer was being treated Tuesday at IU Health in Indianapolis, where she was listed in critical condition.
