The Indiana Court of Appeals has upheld the sentence of a Jay County man. 48-year-old Bryce Paxson is now incarcerated at the Westville Correctional Facility, after he was handed a maximum 12-year prison term. Authorities said Paxson was drunk the night of Oct. 30, 2015, when his pickup truck crashed into the living room of a Pennville home, killing 16-year-old Seth Corwin.
