He’s accused of hitting a man in the back of the head with a shovel. Kenneth Eugene Ryle II is accused of attacking the victim from behind leaving him unconscious and bleeding. The Muncie man was taken to the Delaware County jail under a $7,500 bond, and charged with battery resulting in moderate bodily injury and resisting law enforcement.
