She has until Monday to make a decision. That’s the deadline for Crystal Sells to accept a plea agreement. The Anderson woman is charged with several felony counts in the confinement, battery and neglect of her 16-year-old niece. If Sells doesn’t accept the agreement, her case will go to trial Dec. 13. The defendant’s father, Stephen Sells, and stepmother, Joetta Sells, were each sentenced last year to 24 years in prison for their part in the crime.
