The mother of four-month-old Jensen Wallace is pleading to a neglect charge. Sheryl Wallace of Muncie will be sentenced in January. Her husband, Cory Wallace, is already serving 72 years in prison. He was charged with neglect and obstructing justice–after claiming he dropped the baby “accidentally” and then started a fire when he “freaked out” as he put it. An autopsy found the little boy died of a blow to the head–not smoke inhalation as investigators believed initially.
