Nearly half the workforce at Randolph County’s largest employer is expected to be without jobs by Dec. 1, when the facility reopens under new ownership. About 45 percent of the nearly 600 workers employed at Indiana Marujun will not be part of the transition when TOA Industries begins operations in early December.
