Muncie Pet Adoptions Just $25

A new home for the holidays: That’s the wish for the animals at Muncie Animal Care & Services. The shelter is reducing adoption fees to $25 for the month of December in hopes that the many dogs and cats will enjoy the holidays in their own homes. All have been spayed or neutered, dewormed, have basic vaccinations, and come with a free wellness exam.
