A portion of a Martin Luther King Jr. memorial was damaged in Kokomo, leaving folks wondering who would do such a thing. A witness told police he saw a black Mercedes pull up along the Memorial and then watched as a man in his 20’s jumped up on the bench. That’s when the back of the bench fell to the ground and the man fled the scene. Police hope that those responsible will step forward.
