A longtime Muncie Community Schools top administrator has turned in her resignation. The school board will have to approve the request of Ermalene Faulkner during a meeting for it to be official. Faulkner’s resignation comes about two months after Kathy Ray, director of human resources, retired. Faulkner is the district’s chief academic officer.
