Workers at the Anderson Water Department and Anderson Water Pollution Control have a new contract with the city. Utility Workers Local 108 has ratified a new contract that runs through 2020. The new contract provides the union members with a 10 percent raise, starting in 2017. The union has been working without a contract for the past four years.
