Delaware County Commissioners are discussing the idea of funding local addiction recovery programs. Commissioners James King and Shannon Henry, two local town police chiefs, are behind the idea citing the epidemic of heroin overdoses and local use of meth. While no action was taken during Monday’s meeting they could earmark as much as $30,000 for the project.
