He was president of the Muncie chapter of the NAACP and a high-ranking official with the Muncie Indiana Transit System. On Thursday, Timothy Wade Miles was sentenced to two years on electronic home detention after he pleaded guilty to dealing in cocaine. Miles was arrested by members of the Delaware County sheriff’s drug task force in April 2015.
