A former Muncie couple has been charged after police found heroin, crystal meth and cocaine their Hartford City home. Tony L. Quire and his wife Jennifer Quire, of the 700 block of Greenbriar Drive, have been charged with numerous drug-related offenses when a city police officer accompanied a Blackford County Community Corrections worker on a visit to their home.
