Ex-Council Member Arrested

An ex-Daleville Town Council member’s alleged Election Day activities led to his arrest on Tuesday. The Star Press reports that 52-year-old Jay Shellabarger was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief. A previous court order prohibits him from visiting schools except under specific circumstances. Shellabarger was allegedly at the school taping a sign for HIS candidate over the sign of an opponent.
