The Indiana Court of Appeals has upheld an Anderson man’s conviction. Kraig Von Reese Brown violated his probation after he shot his girlfriend in the leg while serving his probation period. In 2011, Brown was sentenced to six years in prison for operating a motor vehicle without a license, and possession of marijuana & methamphetamine.
