A Randolph County man who was highly intoxicated when his SUV slammed into a rural Winchester home has been sentenced to 30 months of incarceration. 32-year-old Ralph Mills pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated when he slammed into the house on North Randolph County Road 100-West. The sheriff’s department says his blood alcohol content was more than four times the legal limit.
