Two Arrested In Death Of Inmate

The death of a Henry County jail inmate earlier this year has resulted in the arrests of two other men who were also behind bars at that time. 32 year old Brian Gosser was attacked in late February and died in early March. Now under arrest and charged in connection to the attack are Justin Fannan and David Mellert. Fannin is charged with aggravated battery, involuntary manslaughter and theft. Mellert with aiding in the commission of aggravated battery.
