Her family says the staff at the Grant County Jail was too slow to call an ambulance for Kendra Shaw. The 25-year-old inmate died in May of 2014 after suffering an asthma attack at the jail. Attorneys have announced a settlement agreement in the lawsuit filed by her mother.
