Recent bonds sold by the Anderson Redevelopment Commission sold with an A-minus rating, returning a bonus to the city. The Herald Bulletin reports that Greg Winkler, executive director of the Anderson Economic Development Department, says that the bonds sold at a better interest rate than expected, resulting in a $314,000 premium bonus for the city.
