Italian law enforcement authorities have called off the search for a missing Indiana airman. Officials say they found no evidence of any kind in the disappearance of 24-year-old Halex Hale, from Middletown, who is assigned to the 31st Fighter Wing at Aviano Air Base north of Venice. He was last seen leaving a party at a friend’s house on July 2nd.
