The eighth time is the charm. Sen. Joe Donnelly’s office announcing that Madison County has been awarded a TIGER grant to provide 75 percent of the $18 million cost to replace the Eisenhower Bridge in Anderson. That’s $13.5 million in federal funds to replace the bridge by 2019.
