A court is being asked to give the Delaware County Health Department the OK to inspect the inside of a home in Muncie to see if it’s fit for human habitation. That home at 524 West Main Street has many cats inside and those who live in the area say a nasty odor is coming from the place. A lawsuit says the people who live there are feeding wild cats. That couple, reports the Star Press, doesn’t answer the door when health officials knock to what’s happening inside.
