Two Muncie neighbors got into a fight over one man’s lawn, which happens. This story, however, is unusual because the man arrested for battery is 80 years old. James Jones of North Janney Street is facing charges after attacking his neighbor on the man’s riding mower for killing his grass. The 69-year-old victim said he threw the elderly man over his shoulder and the two tussled. Jones was arrested and later released.
