An Anderson woman has been arrested for burglary after she drove to Muncie to meet a man who offered to pay her for sex and then refused to let her in when she arrived. 20-year-old Justice Stephens allegedly pushed her way in and took two cellphones from the man and fled. She was arrested in a traffic stop and is in Delaware County Jail.
