Teen Killer Asks For Clemency

A Muncie man convicted of killing an auto-worker in 1995 is asking Governor Mike Pence for clemency. Lionel Hollis was 18-years-old when he was convicted of killing Oscar Barton in the man’s East Jackson Street apartment. Hollis was sentenced to 60 years; he’s incarcerated at the Pendleton prison.
