No charges will be brought in the drowning of a two-year-old boy in Noblesville Saturday evening. The Hamilton County Coroner’s office and the Sheriff’s Department say the death of Drayson White was a tragic accident and nothing more. The boy’s aunt was baby-sitting but she lost track of him as she mowed the lawn.
