He’s the second suspect that has been arrested in the shooting of a 17-year-old girl. William Wills is facing attempted murder and other charges in the incident on Dewey Street on March 6th. He and another man already in custody, KJ McCarter, are both in jail. The shooting happened during an alleged drug deal.
